The Magic of a Moment

“I do believe in an everyday sort of magic –

the inexplicable connectedness we sometimes experience

with places, people, works of art and the like.

The eerie appropriateness of moments of synchronicity;

the whispered voice, the hidden presence,

when we think we are alone.”

–Charles de Lint

I can spend hours sitting in a field with these magical Nokota® horses. Like so much in our everyday lives, it’s easy to miss the small details that make all the difference in life. But sometimes, if you’re able to free your mind of the random thoughts that flood it and allow yourself to connect with the nature that surrounds you. . . sometimes you’re lucky enough to observe those small details that make life magical.

And when you capture those details and emotions allow yourself take them in – you should smile for the gift of experiencing that rare moment.
