Saturday I participated in a local workshop with some amazing landscape photographers. We met up at Longwood Gardens to play with depth-of-field and macro-photography. This is the first real workshop I have ever been a part of and I was not disappointed! In the short time we were there, I learned some new techniques and things I could do with my camera.
Since it was a cold morning with snowflakes falling…yes, I said snow in April, 😊 we opted to stay inside the warm Conservatory to photograph the beautiful flowers blooming inside. The floral smell was captivating! Although it became crowded quickly, I was able to capture some beautiful images and learn some pretty amazing things!
I had such a wonderful time and look forward to doing it again soon! It is always a pleasure to work around and learn from other photographers who have been mastering their skills for many years. They truly exemplify the Spirit of “Community Over Competition.”
Enjoy these beautiful images of spring!
